The purpose of this study is to present “ALAT”, a super transactional platform that meets all your financial needs.
By putting together everything the customers would want to do with their money, and offering it in a single place will help their financial services being rendered in a simple, convenient and reliable way.
The purpose of this product is to allow users meet their financial needs irrespective of their current situation.
The business goals are to:
Generate revenue.
More Transacting Customers.
Seamless Onboarding.
The solution was to create a mobile app, responsive web app where customers can onboard seamlessly, transact among other functions.
Payment: Local and International Transfers, Insurance, FX Conversions, Flight Ticket Purchase.
Loan: Pre-approved loans, Salary-based loans, Device loans, SME loans and Quick loans.
Cards: Debit cards, Credit cards, Utility card, Card request tracker
Savings & Investments: Personal Savings Plans, Group Savings Plan
I worked in an Agile Scrum team and the development process were in sprints, broken down based on the Job to be done. The whole process was not linear and sometimes I had to skip an aspect if it doesn’t relate to the particular PBI I’m working on.
